Why do we get angry? What are we really angry about? And how do we handle it and respond differently?

From social media rants, to arguments with family, friends and partners – frustration, resentment and anger can be a problem. It can worsen the situation, and leave us feeling upset and embarrassed.

This course will look at sources of anger, our developmental needs, what may be underpinning our defensiveness and anger, society and expectations of ourselves and others.

And of course, what to do about it.

With videos, subtitles, transcripts, additional resources and a facebook group for support, this mini-course will be available during 2022.
